| The ease and smoothness of the
software is a pleasant surprise and it does not eat up the
computer resources when it´s loaded. Still, I do not know all
that much about this casino. It belongs to Affiliated Web
Attractions, who own 7 internet gaming operations, making it one
of the larger groups out there. Please note that they do not
accept any bets from US citizens.
The reason for me to do a review for them
immediately was their support team. This was one of the best
experiences I have had with a casino in a long time. I signed up
for their newsletter and when I did receive it, it was all
"garbled" - so badly that I could not recognize anything. I sent
them an email with the mail that I got saying that it was
unreadable. Their tech team jumped all over this and worked on
getting it fixed. Turns out I am using a mail program that not
many people do, so they went off and acquired a version to test
it for themselves. This took a while, but they kept me up to
date with what they were finding and moving towards a solution.
Well, if this is how they react to a simple
email situation, I can only guess how they would react to a
bigger issue. Excellent support!!
